When to repair is probably a better question. There are many problems that you can solve without the help of a technician(especially with the internet). But there are times when it is just not wise to try to repair it yourself. First you need to narrow the problem down. Is it repeatable? Can it be narrowed to one specific program or one specific task(everytime you print it crashes)? |
